Refunds

Thirty days, no questions. Longer if the beta has not reached you yet.

Reservations

A reservation costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Let the seat go by ignoring the telegram when it comes, or write to us and we will release it sooner.

Tickets

• Thirty days. Any ticket can be refunded in full within 30 days of the day you could first download Noah, or within 30 days of purchase if that is later. No reason needed.
• Monthly and Yearly tickets can be cancelled at any time. After the 30 days, the ticket runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed; we do not refund part of a period.
• Lifetime tickets have the same 30 days.

How

Write to hello@noahbrowser.com from the email you bought with, or reply to your receipt. The refund goes back through our payment partner to the card or account you paid with, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Before you ask your bank

If something went wrong, write to us first. A refund from us is quicker than a chargeback, and it keeps your licence in good standing if you come back later.
